  • Workout Log training account
    • Track your workouts with your own training log.
    • Receive daily workouts and advice from your coach.
    • Sign in Through TriStarAthlete.com to your secure, password account.
    • Analyze your progress with graphs and reporting tools.
    • Record and share your progress through the provided blog site
  • Goal setting session. (Ex: build endurance, lose weight, increase strength, complete first Ironman)
  • Nutrition planning

SPEED SESSIONS

"With speed coaching you get 1 x 1 time at the 101 level, but without the complete data modeling of the plan."

  • Key workouts executed with the coach at your side.
  • Best practices demonstrated in the areas of swim, bike, and run.
  • On location training; at venues that mimic the specificity of the race you will be doing.
  • Examples include: Track workouts, swim time trials, LT/VO2 Max testing, hill repeats, long rides.
